About The TeamRole DetailsWe are currently hiring for a Product Manager to drive development, testing, and adoption of high-scale systems powering millions of users at Shopee Thailand. You will work closely with local business teams to understand operational requirements, propose feature improvements, whilst reviewing and testing features initiated from HQ.This role requires willingness to do hands-on execution with a mix of strategic thinking in a fast-paced, data driven work culture.Job DescriptionPlan and execute UATs and live tests, partnering with developers and operations team to identify issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure smooth and timely releaseDrive product delivery by working closely with Regional PM, QA / testing, and dev to ensure timely and high quality releasesEnable end user through product demos, training sessions, and good documentation to support adoptionTranslate business needs into clear product requirements, business case, UX flows, whilst ensuring technical feasibility and proper impact assessmentCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Business Development, Shopee Express, Shopeepay to align on product directionRequirements1+ years of experience as Product Management, Technology, or similar rolesBachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fields is a plusWorking experience in E-commerce, Payment, Return/Refund is a plusSolid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in Product DevelopmentEffective troubleshooting skills, a great problem solver with the ability to take system problems and structure an action planStrong verbal and written communication skills and English speaking is a must to collaborate with regional stakeholdersAbility to work independently or with minimal assistanceCollaborative and a team player
