Business Analyst / Project Manager

The candidate MUST HAVE:Must have strong Project Management experience• Must have strong Business Analysis & Data Governance experience• Must have Capital Markets knowledge, specifically Rates – Trade Flows / Trade Lifecycle.• Must be proficient in SQL, Python knowledge is a plus.Responsabilities are:Execution of Data Consent Order remediation programme ensuring delivery in line with regulatory commitments and timelines, as well as adhering to enterprise-wide data policies.• Drive execution of data quality improvements, lineage mapping, and control frameworks.• Drive and track remediation activities to close regulatory findings and data issues / concerns; manage evidence gathering and documentation.• Identify challenges and proactively seek to resolve or escalate risk /issues in a timely and well-articulated manner.Analysing large datasets using Excel, SQL, Tableau.• Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships across Global Markets front-to-back stakeholders, e.g., trading desk, finance, operations, technology, risk managementSkills Required:• Has significant experience in Investment Bank / Capital Markets Transformation• Solid understanding of Rates derivatives, exchange traded products and trading workflows / Trade lifecycle.• Strong knowledge in Data governance practices: Data lineage, Data quality, metadata management, data controls.• Hands on technical ability to work with data (SQL, Python, Analysis, Visualisation)• Proven ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and drive consensus.• Ability to drive change to business practices by working effectively across a global organization and understand different perspectives• Minimum 6+ years of relevant industry experienceThis is a contract opportunity and work is hybrid.
