Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support business operations, analyze processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements and successful project outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesGather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows.Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and recommend improvements.Work closely with IT, operations, and management teams to support project execution.Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making.Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and documentation.Validate solutions through testing, feedback sessions, and process reviews.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure requirements are met.Communicate findings and updates clearly to stakeholders.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.Knowledge of SQL, Excel, or data-analysis tools is an advantage.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
