You might be our missing piece if you have:5+ years of experience performing as a business analyst in an Agile/SCRUM environmentExperience developing requirements for both web and mobile applicationsPrevious experience acting as a liaison between customer and delivery team by comprehending and analyzing customer needs, articulating them aptly to delivery teams, and thereby ensuring the right solution for the customerA sense of belonging while reading about our cultureWe would be thrilled if you have:Business Analyst Certification, IIBA preferredWe will be working together on:Customer engagement and requirements gathering through requirements workshops and individual discussions with the stakeholdersAnalyze and document new desired functionalities and operational workflowsRequirements definition, prioritization, management, and control throughout the delivery phasesIdentification and communication of value, benefit, urgency, and risk of the proposed solution to all stakeholdersPlay an active role in all Agile ceremonies to ensure the right solution is proposed and delivered to the customerSupport the prioritization of design, architecture, development, and milestones planning workSupport UAT and Alpha / Beta Testing with selected stakeholdersBuild domain expertise and interact with other BAs to share the expertise and increase domain knowledge across the company.ions
