Minimum Qualifications: 1) Performing detailed analysis on business workflows, operations and data. 2) Gathering users' requirements and provide application wireframes and mock-ups 3) Project planning and monitoring 4) Writing user guides and design documents 5) Providing coordination among vendors, users, and IT staff 6) Creating operational and statistical reports 7) Conducting in-depth case studies 8) Developing test plans and performing quality assurance testing This position demands a highly organized, analytical, independent, self-starter individual with strong background in business application development, ability to multi-task, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
