Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.About Your RoleScope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Business Analyst to work within our Transformation Team.Reporting to the Client Systems Manager, you will also be working within the Transformation Office to support priority projects and BAU systems enablement aligned to strategic organisational goals. In addition you will identify and document business needs, translate them to actionable project requirements and ensure outcomes align with business and organisational objectives.Your Key FocusAssess current business systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement or automationFacilitate communication between business units, system owners, project teams and external vendorsCreate and maintain project documentation including business cases, system solution artefacts, process maps and user storiesWork closely with project managers to ensure alignment between business needs and project deliverablesAssist in developing test plans, enabling system testing and validating solutions that drive program outcomesWhat We Look ForStrong ability to navigate tasks and stakeholders in ambiguous and changing environmentsDemonstrated experience with BPMN and/or system solution artefactsPragmatic ability to apply your knowledge and Business Analysis methodologies whilst remaining aligned to program outcomes Experience within the Community and/or Disability Sector is beneficialExperience or knowledge with Robotic Process Automation will be highly regardedView the position description here!We are committed to filling this role quickly, so while applications for this role will close on 31/10/2025 we will be reviewing applications as they come in and may interview suitable candidates prior to closing date.
