Business Analyst

We’re hiring a Business Analyst to turn data into decisions. You’ll build dashboards and analyses that help our recruiting teams and clients understand talent markets, pipeline health, and macro trends across the U.S. and Colombia—including economic, political/geopolitical, and cultural signals that affect hiring.What You’ll DoDesign & own dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, Looker (or similar) to track US and Colombia economic data.Aggregate external data (labor statistics, wage indexes, inflation/unemployment, sector hiring trends, policy/regulatory updates, FX/Remittance impacts, regional risk events) for the U.S. and Colombia; maintain a clean, documented data pipeline.Create compelling visualizations and weekly/monthly market intelligence briefs explaining trend drivers and implications for hiring plans, comp bands, and geographic targeting.Automate reporting (alerts, scheduled reports, anomaly detection) and create self-serve data assets for non-technical users.Monitor risk signals (e.g., strikes, elections, regulatory shifts, security incidents) and recommend hiring/ops mitigations.Must-Have Qualifications2–5+ years in Business/Data Analysis, BI, or Market Intelligence (recruiting, HR tech, staffing, or professional services is a plus).Hands-on with Power BI and at least one of Tableau/Looker; able to build data models, DAX/LOD, parameters, actions, and publish to cloud.Data storytelling: turn complex findings into clear visuals and concise narratives for non-technical audiences.Bilingual: Fluent English and Spanish (written/spoken).Based in Colombia; able to work U.S. business hours and collaborate with U.S. stakeholders.
