You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to analyze business needs, design tailored solutions using the Entersoft platform, and implement advanced automation and reporting mechanisms. Your work will directly support digital transformation for leading businesses across sectorsYour contribution to the success of the teamGather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholdersDesign functional solutions based on ENTERSOFT SOFTONE CRM and Mobile Backoffice platformsImplement, configure, and document system functionalitiesDevelop and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, validation, and custom featuresWork cross-functionally with developers, consultants, and clients to ensure successful project deliveryProvide user training and post-implementation support in live environmentsYour Qualifications & CompetenciesBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldExcellent knowledge of SQL (complex queries, joins, views, indexing)Solid understanding of CRM-related business processesExperience or familiarity with ENTERSOFT SOFTONE platform toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsNice to havePrior experience in CRM or Mobile Backoffice implementation projectsExposure to xVan solutions or pharmaceutical field-force systemsKnowledge of scripting and reporting toolsYour BenefitsWe are growing our team with the vision of having top performers who contribute directly to the growth of the company.
