In this role, you will work on the best teams to help the best organizations in the world – in private, public, and social sectors – solve their most difficult problems. The Professional Development team will complement your experience by tailoring a learning and training program for you, considering your strengths and development needs.Your Qualifications and SkillsMaster's degree with excellent academic record1+ years of experience in the areas of strategy, corporate finance, M&A or commercial due diligence acquired in a consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm or major corporationAbility to communicate complex ideas effectively, both orally and in writingAbility to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysisAbility to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment with people at all levels of an organizationFluency in English is requiredFluency in Italian is mandatory
