If you’re passionate about technology, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love seeing your work make a difference for clients, this is the opportunity for you! Note: we would ideally love to have someone hybrid with the team, however are open to consider a remote based applicant from Australia & New Zealand if experience aligns well with the role requirements. Your next career moveBe passionate and knowledgeable about our proprietary software products in order to successfully plan, execute, and support all client implementations and upgrades, while attentively managing client expectations Provide leadership in planning and execution of all post-implementation production support, including internal and external stakeholder management, prioritization, and quality assuranceProvide business process subject matter guidance and assistance to all team members using industry best practicesProactively participate and engage with developers and architects, designing specifications to enhance all products while focusing on business valueAssist in daily management, prioritization, and administration of backlog, as well as internal and external project mandatesAssist developers and quality assurance (QA) groups in the QA process to produce high-quality products that meet client and internal specifications as well as high technical standardsMeet critical project deadlinesGenerate ideas for how our solutions can make our customers more successful.Does this sound like you? You have:Desire to learn and dive into the product as a subject matter expert to support clients and stakeholdersA can-do attitude and you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to workEagerness to grow within a company and learn Understanding of Microsoft operating systems and server technologiesExperience with MS-SQL Server and/or database structures and principlesA strong understanding of Reporting Services would be an assetClear understanding and agile, Kanban, and full software development life cycleSolid understanding of Project Management PrinciplesMinimum 3 years of experience in software development projects business analysis and/or application support with exposure to large-scale enterprise support implementation requiredSolid background in asset backed structured finance, securitization, and accounting principles is desiredExceptional interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to present to and train groups of people in a clear and concise manner are essentialBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or Applied Science is preferredCFA designation and/or PMP certification is an assetAutonomous self-starter with a preference for a collaborative, agile work environmentWhat you can expect from usOur performance-driven culture is built on teamwork.
