Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:Role: Business Analyst Location: Singapore Experience: 7+ YearsBusiness Analyst, Core Banking Platforms (Avaloq) Required Qualifications & ExperienceMandatory: Hands on experience with Avaloq as a Business Analyst (parameterization/configuration, release processes, and functional design).7–10 years of BA experience in wealth/private banking or core banking platforms, including cross border rollouts and complex integrations.Proven track record delivering in Agile / Waterfall environments (scrum, backlog management, story writing, acceptance criteria)Strong UAT leadership, defect triage, and data validation skills; familiarity with automated regression testing practices is a plus.Working knowledge of banking processes and controls (payments, securities, lending/deposits, corporate actions, fees).Excellent stakeholder management across business, operations, risk, and technology; crisp documentation and communication skills.Candidates with Avaloq certifications (e.g., ACP) and experience across both CTB and RTB release cycles will be prioritized.
