Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional solutions. Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. Support project lifecycle activities — from planning and testing to deployment and post-implementation review. Conduct stakeholder meetings, interviews, and workshops to capture insights and priorities. Assist in identifying process improvements and recommending data-driven solutions. Support testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Work within Agile or Waterfall delivery frameworks depending on project needs. Required Skills And Qualifications 0–8 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role (junior to mid-level applicants welcome). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to produce clear and concise documentation. Working knowledge of tools such as:JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or similar project management tools. MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or Lucidchart). SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (desirable but not mandatory). Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
