Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: Phoenix, AZ (Locals to AZ F2F interview)Duration: 12 MonthsContract W2Required locals to ArizonaMust-Have Skills:• 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related domain.• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and Visio.• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and process documentation.• Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
