The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working closely with business teams, understanding requirements, and translating them into clear functional specifications for development teams.Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.Work closely with Product Management teams to define product features and enhancements.Document business processes, workflows, and use cases.Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams.Support UAT, requirement clarification, and change requests.Prepare reports and support decision-making activities.Must Have Skills:Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Telecom domain.Good knowledge of Product Management processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Good to Have:Experience working with agile delivery teams.Knowledge of telecom billing or OSS/BSS systems.
