The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting the development of strategies, improving business processes, and participating in the documentation of workflows. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional client team members and stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for decision-making and success.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Analysis for identifying trends, solving problems, and optimizing processesExpertise in defining Business Requirements and documenting Business Processes effectivelyExceptional Communication skills for conveying insights and collaborating with diverse teamsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience in working with data visualization tools and proficiency in MS Office Suite or relevant softwareProficiency in Business EnglishA Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is preferredProfessional work experience in consulting, strategy, or data analytics is a plus
