If all this sounds like an environment you’ll thrive in, then you’re in the right place.Key Responsibilities:Conduct a thorough analysis of the Threat Intelligence/Advanced Threat Response tools and their functionalities.Gather and document requirements from CSO stakeholders (KOPs, Current State, Metrics, Quotas, etc.)Develop a comprehensive implementation/migration plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocationCollaborate with IT and other relevant teams (Engineering teams)Develop test plans and conduct testing to ensure the new system meets all functional and performance criteria.Monitor the implementation process and address any issues that arise during the migration.Generate detailed documentation of the implementation/migration process, including workflows, configurations, and user manuals.Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the new systems and identify opportunities for further enhancements.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Threat Intelligence/Advanced Threat Response areasProven experience with TI/Advanced Threat Response tools (preferred from the following: Microsoft EASM/SafeBreach/Automated Security platform/B!nalyze/JoeSandbox/GTI Suite)Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.Proficiency in creating documentation and user manuals.Experience with data migration and system integration is a plus.Why Us?We are investing in your growth, offering learning and career development opportunities at every level to help you find your spark;We offer a virtual-first work environment, promoting a good work-life balance and real flexibility;Our company is extremely diverse with representation of 165 nationalities;We offer the opportunity to work with colleagues across the globe;We offer comprehensive benefits for all employees;We are a certified great place to work and a top employer in 25 countries including Romania, offering a positive work environment that values employee recognition and respect;What do we offer?25 holiday days per year1066 RON monthly budget in Benefit Online PlatformLife Insurance coverThe employees working on bank holidays will be benefitting either of a paid day off in the next 30 days + 100% of the hourly base salary for that specific day OR 200% of the hourly base salary for that specific day.Reimbursement for eyeglasses – max 1500 RON to be claimed every 3 years.Childbirth allowance of 7000 RON after 1 year in HCLTech.Internal trainings and certifications.HCLTech is committed to protecting and securing the privacy and confidentiality of the Personal Data which it collects directly or indirectly from you when applying for a job at HCLTech either directly or through a third-party human resources agency.
