Job Description

We are looking for a strong, client-facing Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and hands-on experience across the Analysis and Design phases of projects. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, driving workshops, and creating detailed process maps. Key Responsibilities - Conduct requirement elicitation sessions (interviews, workshops, document analysis). Perform As-Is and To-Be Business Process Design & Mapping. Analyse business needs and translate them into detailed BRD/FRD documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, PMs, developers, product owners).Support solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.Perform gap analysis and impact assessment.Prepare and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.Facilitate UAT planning and execution.Engage with senior stakeholders and support decision-making.Mandatory SkillsStrong experience in Business Process Mapping & Process Design. Ability to run workshops and gather requirements effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, negotiation & documentation.Good stakeholder management exposure.Good to Have - Experience in Oracle transformation projects. - Utilities/Energy/Public
