About the RoleAs a Business Analyst at Thrymr Software, you will:Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders to gather, review, and document requirements.Prepare and maintain User Stories throughout the development cycle, ensuring they reflect all current updates.Review Test Scenarios and Test Cases and provide input to improve specifications.Work closely with the development team to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation.Conduct market research to identify effective ways to address customer needs through our software solutions.What We’re Looking For✅ 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry ✅ Strong skills in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation ✅ Proficiency in creating wireframes using Figma or Balsamiq ✅ Excellent communication and client management abilities ✅ Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies ✅ A positive, proactive, and self-driven attitude 🎓 MBA or similar qualification with relevant experience preferred
