Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to play a key role in assessing our organisation’s business needs and objectives. The ideal candidate will analyse data, processes, and systems to provide data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role requires strong organisational skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to manage both operational and client-focused activities while coordinating multiple tasks effectively.Key Responsibilities:Identify and analyse issues relating to business strategy, policy, organisational structure, procedures, methods, and market performance.Collect, analyse, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that support informed decision-making.Manage administration and logistics for a print magazine, including coordinating production schedules, overseeing deadlines, and liaising with contributors, suppliers, and distribution partners.Manage administrative coordination for clients and partners, ensuring effective communication and accurate record-keeping.Assist in project planning and execution by defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Monitor implemented solutions and adjust where necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Ensure business processes and systems comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.Evaluate software applications, tools, and systems to ensure alignment with business objectives, recommending improvements where required.Collaborate with Directors to understand strategic goals and gather detailed requirements for projects and initiatives.Determine appropriate data collection methods, evaluate findings, and implement evidence-based recommendations.Create and maintain detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and system configurations. SkillsExceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated project management capability. People-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results.Strong active listening, negotiation, written and presentation skills.Ability to build and effectively manage professional relationships at all levels of the organisation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.Proficient in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and data visualisation platforms.Confident communicator with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.Skilled in building rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Strong organisational and time management skills. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field is required Professional qualifications related to industry is highly desirable
