Hello,I hope you are doing good.Position – Business AnalystLocation – Bordeaux, France (Onsite)Experience - 8+ YearsLanguage - EnglishDuration - 6 months Contract, It's extendable.Job DescriptionWithin the Client Partners department, you will join the Supplier Services Squad, which operates in Agile mode and is composed of two Business Analysts, one System Analyst, and one Scrum Master.As part of the Transformation 3.0 program led by Global Operations, the objective of the Suppliers Gateway Platform program is to digitize and automate all customer service management processes (Maintenance, Accident Management, Glass, Tires, Purchase and Delivery, End of Contract) through Corporate digital platforms (GT, Ubench Ebon Dacs) and local platforms.This program began in 2017 with Service platforms by Country already delivered in production and will continue in 2025 for other ServicesCountries to be delivered.As a System Analyst, you are responsible for the functional and technical design of inter-application exchange flows (batch or real-time) in collaboration with the Architecture teams. Heshe has an overview of the flows and is a driving force in establishing synergies and promoting a common solution. Heshe formalizes data exchange formats with application managers and provides flow specifications to the Tibco and API development competence centers. Collects and analyzes client needs regarding the implementation of data exchange flows Formalizes the integration scope of the projects they work on Designs and specifies new flows, in web services or APIs, while respecting integration architecture principles. Identifies impacts on systems and flows within their scope Performs technical flow mapping with the support of application and business contributors. Evaluates their workload and provides a macro-estimate of integration developments Validates the results of integration tests performed by the development teams. Analyzes feedback from user tests and provides details of necessary fixes to the development teams. Reports on progress within their scope of responsibility and identifies risks and alerts to be escalated to the project manager Proactively suggests improvements and synergies that promote a common solution. Proposes and leads actions to improve and reduce integration costs.
