Also, to assist in monitoring business issues and impact to Profit & Loss of the Group.KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIESPlanningEnsure the timely and accurate reporting of costs in the Group. All unusual deviations must be reported instantly, and counter measures be taken into effect immediately to achieve the set goals. A regular reporting of work and measure to superior is required.Perform Group daily sales reporting and report as well as followed up on any deviations with the respective business units immediately.Perform Group weekly comp and forecast sales at a set dateline.Perform Group monthly Turnover and KPI as well as sales vs. plan vs. LY, at a set dateline.Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyse fluctuationsAssist in the budget and forecast process.Provide analysis on actual performance of new stores vs business case.ReportingResponsible on the monthly reconsolidation of Profit & Loss of the Group.Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to Business Units and cost/profit centres.Prepare stores benchmarking such as occupancy report.Responsible on preparation of regular operating reports such as ROCIOther DutiesAttend to ad-hoc request/ assignment as and when required by Management. Urgent request must be attended immediately. Maintain a good relationship with Director, senior management, direct superior and other team members within the department and other departments.Must be always able to support in other team functions.KEY REQUIREMENTSMinimum a Bachelor Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of similar financial or P&L analysis experience in a retail, FMCG or similar environment.Good interpersonal skillsExcellent communicatorExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsProficient in computer skillsFluent English both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
