Business Analyst

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join our client on a short 3-month contract to provide analytical, process, and reporting support within their Technology Operations function. Key Responsibilities:Process Optimisation – Map and refine workflows, request handling, and incident resolution procedures to drive efficiency and improve the end-user experience.Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with service desk, IT operations, and business stakeholders to define requirements, resolve issues, and ensure initiatives align with organisational goals.Systems & Tools Management – Support and maintain IT service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), ensuring data accuracy, effective usage, and recommending system or process enhancements.Skills & ExperienceDemonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical capacity.Strong capability in process mapping, requirements documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Proven background working within IT operations or service desk environments.This position is available for an immediate start so to apply follow the links below.
