Or that we are a good employer, that values our employees and provides them with opportunities to grow and succeed. But what sets Wayfare apart is our passionate team in a meaningful journey, working together towards a shared goal.  Wayfare is its people.   ABOUT THE PROJECT Our client, based in the USA, is a software development company focused on delivering industry-leading ERP applications to customers across the United States, like inventory and order management software and solutions for outstanding operating results developed for the building materials industry.   ABOUT THE ROLE As a Business Analyst at Wayfare, you will actively participate in client meetings to gather and analyze client requirements. You will play a key role in proposing solutions for product features and refining user interfaces. Additionally, you will contribute to defining technical specifications and maintain ongoing communication with the client throughout the product development phase, potentially engaging in the product implementation process. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience, coupled with a strong background in the software development lifecycle, project management, and business analysis best practices.   RESPONSIBILITIES Craft clear and concise user stories and define acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with product owners’ objectives, facilitating seamless communication across development, QA, and product management teams; Work collaboratively with product users, stakeholders and the agile team to define and design features that address user needs and elevate the overall user experience; Requirements gathering with an emphasis on analyzing user needs against user requirements; Engage actively in all Agile ceremonies; Foster alignment within the team by sharing insights into product goals and vision; Develop expert knowledge of the product’s customer base, industry, and products; Arrange and perform user acceptance testing or customer reviews with internal and external stakeholders; Review test plans to verify they meet the acceptance criteria and intent of user stories.   ARE WE A PERFECT FIT?   Your Unique Skillset: Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; Advanced English language skills; Solid, proven experience in translating business requirements into ERP solutions; Extensive experience in Agile development teams with strong knowledge and application of Agile methodology; Facilitation, negotiation skills and presentation skills; Detail-oriented; Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities; Team player, thriving in collaborative, team-based environments.  Skills that give you an edge: Experience with warehouse/production/logistics ERP solutions.   At Wayfare, we embrace continuous growth and development, fostering a culture of respect, transparency, partnership, commitment, and fun.   Take a look at what Wayfarers are all about: https://wayfare.community/  Are you ready to make your mark?
