Business Analyst

This role is for one of the Weekday's clientsSalary range: Rs 800000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 8-12 LPA)Min Experience: 5 yearsLocation: BengaluruJobType: full-timeWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will excel at gathering requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of impactful solutions.RequirementsKey Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and actionable insights. Work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams to drive end-to-end project execution. Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Develop use cases, workflows, wireframes, and data models to support business goals. Perform data analysis to generate insights that guide strategic decisions. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business objectives. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user manuals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development environments. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies. Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, and basic SQL querying. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience in domains such as BFSI, E-commerce, or SaaS. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with API documentation and integration processes.
