Learn more about zen8labs at: https://www.zen8labs.com/                  ReportingThe Business Analyst reports directly to the Project Manager and Head of Analyst & Assurance The Business Analyst roleAs the Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our clients and project teams to discover and define requirements, form a vision, and successfully deliver solutions to end users.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Business Analyst is responsible for tasks in the following areas: ·      Take ownership of business analysis activities and be accountable for the success of product delivery in alignment with customer value and business goals·      Lead requirements workshops and validation sessions with cross-functional teams (QA, Dev, PM, Designer) to ensure shared understanding of the solution logic·      Apply business analysis techniques such as use case modeling, process flow design, and impact analysis to ensure the solution aligns with business needs and provides measurable value·      Proactively review test cases prepared by QA to ensure they fully reflect business requirements and minimize misunderstandings·      Leverage AI tools to improve requirement documentation, reduce turnaround time, and enhance communication clarification·      Analyze customer feedback (UAT/end-user) and support continuous improvement initiatives for both product and service quality, contributing to upsell potential and long-term client satisfaction·      Perform other tasks assigned by Chapter Head in line with the company directionQualifications/Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum 04 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager or in a similar role;Domain Knowledge: understanding of Banking and Financial operations is preferred Good command of English communications skillsUnderstand of UX/UI patterns based on channels (Web/Mobile);Domain Knowledge: understanding of Banking and Financial operations is preferred Certifications in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA), Project Management (PMP) is a plus.What we offer·      Salary and bonus-       Attractive salary;-       100% salary on probation;-       Performance review twice a year, based on job outcomes;-       13 months salary and bonus assessment yearly;-       Working time: Flexible working hours and location from Mondays to Fridays.-       Unlimited paid leave annually;·      Insurance, health care, and extra benefits-       Premium PTI health care insurance;-       Special health benefits (50% discount on medical examination fee​, 10% discount on ultrasound and procedure fees​, 5% on medicine) at 2 Clinics, including:Vivision - 514 Bạch MaiPhụ Sản 1 - 329 Bạch Mai-       An annual medical check-up;-       Annual company trip and holiday party and other benefits according to company policy;-       Free lunch at the office; drinks and snacks at the pantry;-       MacBook and external monitor provided for work;·      Working environment and development-       Working environment: fast-moving, young, dynamic, no-walls environment.-       Sports activities: football, exercise break.-       Training: soft skills and technical skills training.-       Others: free coffee/tea/cookies, parking fee, year-end party, etc…
