Job DescriptionThe Business Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Finance team, driving the performance and optimisation of our global ERP system (AP21). As the primary finance super-user, you will partner closely with IT, cross-functional teams, and external ERP specialists to ensure finance needs are clearly represented and embedded across the business. This is a highly project-focused role, leading system enhancements, supporting new market implementations, and championing process improvements that strengthen scalability, efficiency, and financial control.Job RequirementsEssential CriteriaTertiary qualifications in Finance, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.Hands-on experience with ERP systems (AP21 experience highly regarded).Strong understanding of core finance processes including GL, AP, AR, tax, and cost centre structures.Experience in a finance systems, business analyst, or similar finance-focused role.Proven track record in process optimisation and system enhancement initiatives.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex systems and data flows.Excellent communication skills and confidence working across finance, IT, and operational teams.High levels of initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Desirable CriteriaExperience in a multi-entity, multi-currency, or retail environment.Exposure to POS, e-commerce, or supplier portal integrations.Experience working within a fast-growing or global organisation.Familiarity with BI/reporting tools and underlying data structures.Job ResponsibilitiesServe as the finance super-user for the AP21 ERP system, managing core finance configurations and ensuring stable integration with supporting systems.Provide user training, documentation, and troubleshooting support to promote effective ERP usage across the business.Partner with IT and external consultants on system upgrades, maintenance, and configuration changes.Identify and implement enhancements to improve system capability, workflow automation, and financial processes.Represent Finance in cross-functional projects, including POS implementation, Global-e integration, and supplier portal rollout.Gather finance requirements, assess impacts, and support the design, testing (including UAT), and delivery of system changes.Collaborate with IT, retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and other teams to ensure finance considerations are incorporated into system decisions.Support FP&A, senior management, and vendor coordination as required.Job BenefitsWork with high-end fashion alongside a passionate teamBespoke development plans and access to strong mentors and industry leadersOngoing Training & Development opportunities to grow your career within ZimmermannGenerous Employee DiscountOpportunity to progress your career within an Australian global luxury brand, including international opportunitiesIf you are looking for the next challenge in your career, please share your application with our hiring team.Only short-listed applicants will be contacted.Zimmermann is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications ensuring a strong corporate commitment to diversity and inclusion.
