MAster-Works is seeking a talented Business Analyst with a background in AI to act as a bridge between business needs and technological innovation. You will play a critical role in identifying and analyzing business requirements while leveraging AI capabilities to drive smarter decisions, enhance processes, and support strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business and AI-related requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes using AI-driven insights. Analyze data trends and support the development of AI models that align with business goals. Create detailed reports and visualizations to communicate key findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Support project teams in delivering AI-powered solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing and evaluate the performance of AI tools and platforms. Provide input on product and process improvements through AI opportunities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, with a focus on AI trends and use cases. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to AI or data science projects. Strong understanding of business process modeling and system design. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools is a strong plus.
Proficient in data analysis, visualization tools, and querying languages (e. g. , SQL). Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
