The position is based in Copenhagen, where you will be working closely with colleagues and stakeholders from across the organisation. In this role, you will need to be both agile and entrepreneurial, as we handle initiatives where solutions are not always predefined.

You will thrive on building productive relationships with key stakeholders and contributing to a dedicated team that is focused on driving positive change. As part of the FX Strategic Business Analytics team, you will: Explore business needs and translate them into actionable insights by working with large data sets in SQL or similar tools. Balance practical development tasks with high-level problem-solving, bridging the gap between technical expertise and business goals. Take ownership of developing solutions to complex problems, often in uncharted areas where the path forward is not predefined.

Navigate stakeholder needs and expectations across the organisation, balancing multiple priorities effectively and ensuring close collaboration with sales and trading. Visualise data and create compelling reports using BI tools such as Tableau or Grafana. Contribute to larger strategic projects, from detailed data analysis to presenting key findings and recommendations to management. Skills And QualificationsWe are looking for someone who navigates the challenge of working in a role that combines technical development with a deep understanding of business needs. The ideal candidate will show a strong willingness to learn, be flexible in dealing with evolving challenges, and collaborate across teams.

You should be comfortable navigating between granular technical tasks and broader strategic thinking, while maintaining a detail-oriented approach and a curiosity for new ideas. To perform effectively in this position, you will additionally need: A master’s degree in a relevant field (e. g. , finance, economics, business, data science or similar). At least 4 years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think strategically. Proficiency in SQL and PowerPoint as well as advanced Excel skills Experience with stakeholder management and effective communication across teams. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Fluency in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian is considered a plus. It is considered a plus if you are familiar with PowerBI, VBA or other advanced Excel functionalities as well as experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Grafana. Knowledge of foreign exchange (FX) or other asset classes is also a plus.
