Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst for our client who will act as a vital link between customers, product owners, and the development team. You will help align customer expectations with project scope, ensure clear communication, and drive quality through rigorous analysis and testing. Location100% RemoteResponsibilitiesAlign customer expectations with actual requirements during the RFQ process. Ensure a clear understanding of the project scope among stakeholders. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers, establishing continuous communication and feedback loops. Collect, clarify, and refine product and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Assist the team lead in managing the product backlog, prioritizing requirements, and supporting day-to-day task management and team collaboration. Analyze requirements and define comprehensive test cases to ensure full functional coverage. Perform manual testing, accurately document defects, and track their resolution. Collaborate closely with developers and the product owner for validation and iterative feedback. Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects to maintain quality standards. RequirementsStrong analytical skills with an ability to understand and translate business needs into testable requirements. Experience in manual testing and defect documentation.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both customers and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy. Comfortable working in Agile teams and supporting iterative development processes.
