Business Analytics Manager

Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:Drive data-informed decision-making across Adidas’s retail, wholesale, and franchise channels. Leverage analytics to optimize sales performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency while aligning with brand strategy and commercial goalsKey Responsibilities:· Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for retail, wholesale, and franchise KPIs· Maintain retail and franchise database integrity including BPM approval and SSM updates.· Maintain data for the renumeration process for franchise, wholesale KAMs and Retail team· Establish and maintain customer sell out and inventory reporting, conducting quantitative product and sales analysis with Key Account monthly/quarterly meetings· Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities· Manage the development of Key Account Plans and ensure high quality quarterly reviews· Collaborate cross functions (e.g: Finance, Marketing, HR) to align analytics with commercial strategies· Support forecasting, inventory planning, and promotional effectiveness· Lead cross-functional analytics projects to improve channel profitability· Ensure data quality and consistency across systems and regions· Lead commercial excellence projects including NPS, Endless Aisle, RFID, Bins, GROW to accelerate business performance and salesforce effectiveness· Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs and business goals· Develop best practice guidance and provide to other stakeholders to maximize the use of analytics capabilities· Work closely with Omni channel marketing with collation and analyses of product performance in respective channelsKey Relationships:· Line manager and internal DTC· Marketing· Finance· Human Resources· Wholesales· GolfRequisite Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:· Influencing skills· Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure· Strong analytical skills and an innovative thinker· Good planning, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work and deliver in changing environments· Solid project management skills from initiation to closureRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:· Bachelor’s or master’s in business, Data Science, Economics, or related field· 5+ years in business analytics, preferably in retail or consumer goods· Strong understanding of omnichannel retail dynamics and franchise operations· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills· Proven project management experience· Experience in global or multi-market environments
