This role offers broad exposure, real influence, and the chance to help define how our business processes are supported by applications going forward.The RoleAs Business Application Analyst, you will be the business-driven owner of key sales and performance management applications. With a strong understanding of business processes and performance management needs, you will ensure that applications are developed in the right direction to support evolving organizational requirements.You will take a leading role in defining application strategy, driving business cases, and ensuring effective implementation across regions. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you will help establish a structured, scalable application landscape that supports Fuller’s ambitious efficiency and performance goals.Key AccountabilitiesAct as the business driver for Dynamics CRM, ensuring alignment with regional Sales Executives and global data needsLead the development of Case Management functionality within CRM, ensuring strong support of end-to-end process goalsDrive the development of performance management applications, including daily board meetings and process handover templatesFacilitate executive review meetings and lead business case development for sales and performance-related applicationsMap, coordinate, and maintain global stakeholder management across sales application landscapesWho Are You?3–5+ years of experience aligning sales and order execution processes with business applicationsStrong experience working in a matrix organization, where communication and influence are key to successSome experience managing internal projects with proven implementation outcomes — preferably in an international environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experienceA business-oriented mindset with the ability to translate strategy into practical application requirementsDriven, trustworthy, and motivated by ownership, impact, and continuous improvementA growth mindset, eager to learn, develop, and share knowledgeAs an equal opportunity employer, Fuller Technologies embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
