Company DescriptionSmilepoint Dental Group has been providing gentle and professional dental care for families since 2005. Our clinics are located within walking distance to the circle line MRT. We offer a 5 day work week with office hours timings. Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Business Associate to join our busy dental clinic team. This pivotal role involves managing the administrative, financial, and sales aspects of the clinic's daily operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding patient support.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Relations & BookingManage the clinic's appointment schedule, booking, confirming, and rescheduling patient appointments efficiently via phone, email, and in-person.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication regarding appointments, treatments, and general clinic information.Financial & Payment ProcessingHandle all financial transactions, including processing payments (cash, credit card, insurance co-pays) and issuing receipts.Manage patient billing, including generating invoices and following up on outstanding balances.Assist patients with understanding their dental insurance coverage and process insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner. Sales & Revenue GenerationActively participate in promoting clinic services and treatment plans, educating patients on the benefits of recommended procedures.Follow up with potential and existing patients regarding treatment acceptance and scheduling.Identify opportunities for patient retention and growth through excellent service and communication.Administrative & Business TasksPerform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, mail management, and maintaining office supplies inventory.Report generation, Process optimisation and marketing support activities.Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy, professional, and welcoming.Coordinate with dental suppliers and external vendors as needed
