The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) implementations, configurations, and process optimization. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, design effective solutions, and ensure smooth deployment and user adoption. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business users, ensuring Business Central delivers maximum value to our organization. Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet business needs.Partner with development teams to design, test, and deploy new features, integrations, and workflows.Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.Deliver end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support for Business Central applications.Assist in data migration planning and execution between legacy systems and Business Central.Provide functional input during testing phases and lead UAT sessions.Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, supply chain, and IT teams.Stay updated on new Business Central releases and features, ensuring the system remains aligned with industry best practices.  Requirements & Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central.Proven track record in implementing and supporting ERP solutions across different modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Management).Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.Understanding of ERP best practices and business process optimization. Technical & Functional Skills:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functional modules.Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools is a plus.Ability to work with and support cross-functional teams.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Certifications (Preferred):Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate.Benefits:Insurance and retirement benefits.Enjoy the flexibility of instant daily compensation withdrawals for greater financial freedom!Paid time off and flexible work hours.Professional development opportunities.Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and innovative projectsPrismware Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
