Business Change Management Lead (IAM)Duration: 6 month contracts with potential extensionLocation: Remote working (UK) - with occasional site visits as needed maybe 1-2 times per month.Market rates / inside IR35Clearance: SC or eligibleRole Description • Management and governance of all business change related activities to support the IAM Programme outcomes. A change professional with significant business transformation experience of implementing projects with changes driven by technology, process, and culture. Experience / Skills / Qualifications• Minimum of 10 years demonstratable experience of business change management planning and execution through a proven track record in developing and executing business change and engagement plans, strategies and change countdown plans for IAM / IT systems.• Provision and demonstratable experience of delivering organisational change, leading and planning business change at portfolio, programme and project level.• A problem solver with the ability to frame, assess and resolve operational delivery challenges and co-define solutions.• Significant experience in stakeholder identification, engagement, and management through a flexible and adaptable approach.
