Role DescriptionThis is a full-time office based role for a Business Compliance Administrator located in Christchurch. The Business Compliance Administrator will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting regular reviews of operational processes, and maintaining accurate records. Key daily tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing compliance reports, developing effective communication strategies, and providing support for compliance-related inquiries. Interpersonal and analytical skills will be crucial for coordinating with various departments and stakeholders to uphold compliance standards.QualificationsRegulatory Compliance skillsStrong Interpersonal and Communication skillsAnalytical Skills and Finance proficiencyExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively with team membersBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferredExperience in the water management or related industries is a plus
