We are looking forward to hire Digital Business Transformation Professionals in the following areas : ResponsibilitiesAnalyze client data and operational challenges, including technology, to identify integration and improvement opportunities.Develop and share reusable assets applicable to new projects.Diagnose client problems, conduct analysis, and provide solutions.Frame clients' needs in the context of technology.Manage work according to the project plan to ensure an excellent client experience.Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and confidently to inspire confidence in team members and clients.Work closely with AI team to bridge the gap between technical and business teams of clientsIdentify AI high-impact use cases for different business contexts Build business cases for AI initiativesTranslate business needs on AI use cases into technical requirementsBuild re-usable assests working in collaboration with AI teamGather and interpret financial information to support proposed recommendations.Interact effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds to serve clients efficiently.Understand the client's business, stay updated on sector trends, and learn best practices.Present ideas and cases coherently, supported by relevant data and tools.Comprehend the various aspects of the sales and business development process and take appropriate actions as needed.Focus on effective communication and relationship-building skills.Embrace and embody the organization's purpose and values, seeking opportunities for impact.Demonstrate personal accountability for performance and meeting expectations.Understand how daily work contributes to team and business priorities.Display a strong commitment to personal learning and development, serving as a brand ambassador to attract top talent.Experience And QualificationsMasters in Business AdministrationMinimum 3 years' experience in IT Consulting or Minimum 2 years of experience of Business Consulting with focus on Technology AdvisoryExperience in any of Manufacturing, Healthcare & Lifesciences, BFSI, Energy & Resources sectorsUnderstanding of one or more industry market conditions and trendsUnderstanding of multiple core business processesExposure to running client workshops to identify technology initiativesExperience in working with client stakeholders across levels – shopfloor to CXOsExperience in AI projects / products Experience in working with Agile Tools would be goodPractical client experience across consulting lead to closure cycle - including presales, sales, planning, design, and delivery.
