About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious Business Setup Advisor (Sales & Closing Specialist) who will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing sales for UAE mainland and free zone company formations. This role is purely sales-driven with no operational processing responsibilities.---Key ResponsibilitiesConvert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales.Advise clients on UAE free zone and mainland business setup options, tailoring solutions to their needs.Present service packages, prepare proposals, and deliver cost breakdowns effectively.Negotiate terms and close deals with a high conversion rate.Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients for repeat/referral business.Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Stay updated on latest UAE business setup regulations and jurisdiction benefits to confidently pitch solutions.---Requirements2–4 years’ proven sales experience in UAE business setup / consulting / B2B sales.Strong knowledge of UAE company formation (free zones and mainland).Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Fluency in English (Arabic or additional languages is a plus).Target-driven and self-motivated with ability to work under pressure.Bachelor’s degree preferred, but strong sales track record is valued.
