Our constant focus is making sure our software is stable, efficient, and secure.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Client Services Team to showcase the various NEC Housing modules and their dynamic features to NEC customers through the provision of consultancy, implementation advice, training, configuration and application support related to the NEC Housing product suite.Enable customers to make the best use of the NEC Housing system Provision of ‘best practice’ and business consultancyProvide impact analysis when new functionality is introducedSupport product configuration and system testing activitiesProvide end user or train the trainer trainingDevelop in depth knowledge of the complete NEC Housing system and complimentary NEC productsIdentify and develop opportunities for revenue generation through provision of additional services and solutions to NEC customersWork with the customer on product implementation, facilitating workshops, analysing requirements, demonstrating configuration options and assisting with trainingCo-ordinate with the UK based Product and Development team in the design, specification, development and testing of new functionalityInvestigate and assist in the resolution of issues arising as a result of customer testingAssist the Housing Customer Support team in the provision of Application Support services as necessaryCreate and maintain internal and customer facing documentation at a high standardAssist in the preparation of client communications andOther duties and/or special projects as required by the General Manager ANZ or in accordance with business needs from time to time.QualificationsSelf motivatedAbility to be creative and innovative and demonstrate a passion for customer serviceFantastic customer relationship, stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skillsOutstanding time management and organisational skills, with proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesPresentation and public speaking skillsAt least 3 years’ working for / with the Public Housing SectorExperienced in the use / support of Housing application softwareExperienced in the use / support of the NEC Housing product (desirable)Experience of implementing a housing management system (desirable)Additional InformationBenefitsTraining and development are available in other business aspects.Flexible working arrangements are available.Work with a broad range of evolving and innovative technology and solutions.Enjoy challenging and rewarding work that supports societal improvement.Additional paid leave over the Christmas holiday period.How To ApplyIf this position sounds like it might be for you, then please send us your resume.
