DHL eCommerce Nordic is looking for a Business ControllerSeize the opportunity and become part of the world's leading logistics company DHL Group!Currently, we have a vacant position in the DHL eCommerce Nordic headquarter in Denmark, located in Vallensbæk Strand.As a Business Controller at DHL eCommerce Nordic, you will play a key role in supporting commercial and operational performance through data-driven insights, financial analysis, and strategic business partnering.You will contribute to decision-making processes and ensure management has a solid foundation to drive growth and efficiency across the Nordic region.Reporting directly to the Head of Finance & Controlling, you will be part of the finance team. You will be in contact with European peers but also be a vital part of the daily dialogues between finance, operation, customer service and sales.We are a people focused organization where your personal contribution is just as valued as your professional skills. We lead with head, heart and guts and like to add a bit of bite to the way we do business and interact with customers, other DHL companies and colleagues.Your main tasks and key responsibilities: Act as a business partner to commercial and operational teams Monitor pricing trends and margin development across products, services & lanes Monitor and follow up on GP performance at customer level Ensure quality assurance on cost controlling Lead and drive Parcel Connect projects and BI initiatives Manage billing setup for parcel services (guidelines incl. robust setup) – Reseller, Connect, DOM big scale Oversee cost allocation for Easy Return services Maintain and update cost allocation templates Drive sales forecasting process in collaboration with commercial teams Support commercial teams during GPI with analysis Own Parcel Connect services from a cost perspective, including cost allocation to customers Handle disputes with suppliers and ensure resolution Ensure internal control compliance Act as FIORI performance report owner for commercial activities Continuously improve data models Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support to senior managementPreferably, you possess the following skills: Relevant academic background in finance, economics, or business (e.g. MSc, HD(R), or equivalent) Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment within logistics Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g. Power BI) Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage Ability to communicate complex data in a clear and actionable way Proactive, structured, collaborative mindset and focus to detail Strong understanding for billing, complex data, cost allocation and performance drivers Communicative and fluent in English and Danish or SwedishSince the legal entity is an ‘aktiebolag’, knowledge of Swedish business relations and tax would be an advantage.We are a great place to workTo be a successful colleague in DHL eCommerce Nordic, it is important that you are flexible and result orientated.
