As a leader, I strive to create a clear, supportive, and coaching environment where we continuously grow and succeed together as a team.Your role & influence as Business ControllerResponsibility: You will be given responsibility for acting as a strategic business partner to managers and senior leadership, with a strong focus on driving performance and insights.Collaboration:Together with your team, you take care of financial planning, analysis, and follow-up. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Sales and Operations to ensure aligned strategies and informed decision-making.Core ActivitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business objectivesAct as a strategic business partner, collaborating with department heads and senior leadership to drive informed decision-makingMonitor and manage P&L, ensuring cost control and identifying opportunities for margin improvementDevelop and deliver clear financial reporting and insights, translating data into actionable recommendationsEnsure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and support governance requirementsBenefits Of Joining DustinWe believe there's more to Dustin than just the benefits listed here.
