In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring strong financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, helping to shape strategic decision-making.This position offers a fixed-term contract until August 2026. Location: Helsinki, Finland.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesDrives implementation of group level financial planning, forecasting and reporting processes in the Business Control organisationPrepares monthly management reporting packages and analyses monthly performance, interprets results and prepares commentarySupports Division and group function controlling in management reporting and other initiativesCoordinates and develops group wide financial sustainability reportingParticipates in BI reporting developmentManages group management reporting structuresParticipates in various development projects and analysis as required, e.g. M&A and integration, policy development, accounting/reporting process development.What You’ll Need To SucceedMaster’s level degree in business, economics or other relevant field of study5+ years of relevant relevant experience in business controlling or financial reporting and analysis rolesProven track record on developing financial reporting processes and building strong relationships with stakeholders in business operationsStrong analytical capabilitiesGood influencing, presentation and networking skillsAspiration for developmentSavvy with IT tools (Google / MSOffice / SAP / HFM applications)Ability to drive and execute/implement change with good leadership and change management skillsFluent English, both written and verbalYou will be part ofWe offer you a position in a global organisation where you are challenged with interesting and diverse tasks.
