The role is based in one of our sites in Dragomirești, Ștefăneștii de Jos or Bucharest.What does your day look like:Business controlling with a focus on supporting the performance of logistics centersExecuting financial processes and reports within agreed deadlines and required standards (e.g., month-end closing, forecasting results for individual locations)Managing cost accounting for joint projectsSupporting customer invoicing in line with contractual agreementsActively contributing to the preparation of annual budgets and monitoring their implementationCollaborating with operational controlling and accounting departmentsPreparing data, presentations, and analysesInitiating, developing, and implementing cost optimization systemsProactively identifying and managing business risksParticipating in the development of solutions and IT tools to improve controlling processesWhat do you need to be successful:Experience in a similar position and understanding of financial analysis and budgetingHigher education in a related fieldAdvanced knowledge of MS ExcelFluent Romanian and proficiency in English at B2 levelKnowledge of MS Power BI is an advantageHigh communication skills and analytical thinkingUnlock the potential of your future!Your future work environmentYou will work in an informal and dynamic environment with motivated colleagues.
