You will report directly to the Senior Business Controller and join a broader department where three Financial Controllers and a Credit Manager work. This structure gives you the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with experienced finance colleagues while also carving out your own areas of responsibility.The role will cover a broad range of operational controlling tasks, project-related controlling, and ad hoc analysis, ensuring accurate insights that support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals. You will act as a trusted partner across Sales, Supply Chain, Service, and R&D, providing reliable reporting and financial guidance. While the focus will primarily be local, the role may also include limited travel to support projects or cross-site collaboration.Your Main Tasks Will IncludeDriving operational controlling and reporting, including dashboards, KPIs, and monthly reviewsEnsuring accurate POC/WIP calculations and proper revenue recognitionSupporting budgeting and forecasting processes with reliable data and analysisTaking ownership of selected business areas and providing high-quality financial insightsManaging project economics, including cost controlling for machinery and systemsSupporting ERP and BI developments, including data validation and report improvementsConducting ad hoc analysis to guide management decision-makingYour success will be measured by your ability to deliver timely and accurate financial reports, take ownership of business areas, and contribute to continuous process and system improvements that strengthen our overall finance function.What We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate is a motivated finance professional eager to develop within a global organization. You have a solid academic background, hands-on analytical skills, and the curiosity to understand the business behind the numbers. Just as importantly, you bring a collaborative mindset and the drive to take ownership.We Expect You To BringA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (e.g., Cand.merc., HD(R), Cand.merc.aud., or equivalent)0–3 years of relevant experience from controlling, finance, or audit (internships or student positions count)Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI; ERP knowledge (Dynamics AX is a plus)A strong grasp of financial control principles, including debit/credit and revenue recognitionA proactive and detail-oriented mindset, combined with the ability to see the bigger pictureStrong communication skills and a collaborative, business-partnering approachThis is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional who wants to grow their career in finance and gain exposure to an international environment where innovation, teamwork, and professional development go hand in hand.
