This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities across financial planning, performance management, and strategic support to one of the most critical areas of our business.Help drive performance in NetCoAs a Business Controller, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes are solid, smart, and aligned with our long-term ambitions. You’ll be responsible for areas across opex and capex in both our technology and commercial business units, with the potential to gain ownership of large-scale projects and/or revenue segments.You’ll work closely with stakeholders across NetCo to provide transparency, challenge assumptions, and support value-creating decisions. With a focus on performance, profitability, and cash flow, you’ll help us prioritize the right initiatives and secure financial clarity across the board.Your closest colleagues will be a Nordic team of finance professionals who work hybrid across locations. You'll report to the Director, NetCo & Support Functions Business Controlling and be part of a collaborative, cross-border environment where financial insights help guide real-world decisions.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeFull ownership of financial planning and follow-up across opex and capexBudgeting, forecasting, and monthly book close and reportingDeveloping and maintaining financial models and dashboardsDriving improvements in financial processes and toolsSupporting business boards and investment cases with financial insightsConducting ad hoc analysis to identify performance drivers and assess risksActing as a trusted business advisor to stakeholders across NetCoTo bring value from day one, we think you have:3+ years of experience in business controlling, FP&A, or a similar analytical roleA master’s degree in finance or similar, or equivalent experienceStrong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solvingFamiliarity with Power BI and financial processes in at least one Nordic market is a plusYou can be based in Copenhagen, Stockholm, or Oslo — and we work in a hybrid setup where collaboration is key, but flexibility is real.
