This role focuses on analyzing financial and operational data, translating numbers into insights, and driving value creation across the organization.What You Will DoAnalyze business performance and translate financial data into actionable insightsMonitor profitability and performance by product, customer, channel, and activitySupport strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and business casesPrepare periodic business and management reports for local and group managementAnalyze budget and forecast variances and propose corrective actionsParticipate actively in budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term planningDefine, monitor, and continuously improve business KPIsAlign financial results with operational and commercial performancePerform ad-hoc financial and business analyses upon requestIdentify opportunities for revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimizationCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Production, R&D, HR, and Supply ChainEnsure timely and accurate reporting in line with group standards and deadlinesWhat We Expect From YouEducationUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (minimum BSc)Experience2 years minimum of experience in business controlling, financial controlling, or finance-related rolesExperience in a multinational, matrix organization is a plusExposure to commercial finance, performance management, or business partnering is a plusSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical and business-oriented mindsetAbility to connect financial data with business driversProactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approachStrong planning, organizational, and prioritization skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsComfortable working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholdersTechnical SkillsProficiency in Excel (medium/advanced level)SAP knowledge is a strong plusAbility to work with additional financial tools and systems related to SAP (PBI, IBP, QlikView)LanguagesConversational English (minimum B2 level)What You Can Expect From PuratosWork Schedule8:00 – 17:00 - Monday to FridayIncludes a 1h lunch breakBenefits PackageAnnual performance-based bonus linked to KPIsCompany carMobile phone with included phone plan28 vacation days/year + 1 extra day for your birthdayDevelopment and growth opportunities within an international companReady to make an impact?If you are a business-oriented finance professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning insights into action, we would love to hear from you.
