This role is based at our headquarters in central Stockholm and reports directly to the Head of Business Control.Main responsibilities:Act as a business partner to the Operations, Supply Chain, and Sourcing teams, driving performance through financial insights and decision supportLead cost tracking and variance analysis in production and materials to identify efficiency gains and reduce wasteContribute to the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process with financial scenario modeling and capacity insightsDevelop and follow up on KPIs related to manufacturing, inventory, and procurementOwn the forecasting and budgeting processes within your scope, including our German-based subsidiary, identifying bottlenecks and supporting global process improvementsCollaborate across regions to harmonize and strengthen group supply chain performanceDesired profile:5+ years of experience in business controlling and/or management consulting, preferably with exposure to supply chain, manufacturing, or logisticsDegree in finance, business administration, accounting, or a related fieldStrong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query is a plus); experience with BI tools is highly valuedConfident communicator with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights across all levels of the organizationProfessional fluency in English (Swedish is a plus)Experience from project-based or matrix organizations is a meritHow to apply:Apply with your CV.
