Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Business Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our sales team and local customers. You’ll help drive sales success by coordinating activities, managing orders, handling admin tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless collaboration across departments.Job RequirementsMinimum Secondary schoolVery good communication skillsHigh level of customer orientationCommunicative knowledge of EnglishSlovak or Czech language is mustKnowledge of MS Office (especially Word, Excel)Experience with CRMJob ResponsibilitiesYour daily tasks will be (but not limited to):Performing coming tasks from sales teamCommunication with EUROWAG customers on phone and via emailChecking bank statements, determining deposit payments and invoicesReplenishment and registration of contracts, control of customer dataSubmitting applications in Navision for the registration of vehicles in toll systemsTMS (Ticket management system) – JIRA – daily activitiesDevelopment of the product and services associated with itDocument archivingBlocks EW cards according to requests and defined internal conditionsAdministrative activities related to logistics (if necessary)Gives incentives to improve the quality of services for clientsParticipates in education and personnel development within job title according to the development plan agreed with line managerIs continuously educated and obtains the latest information within his field and to the extent of the work performed.Self-development in full compliance with internal standards, controls, policies, processes and local legislationProvides support to newcomers as buddy and educate team members where needed ad requested by Line managerJob BenefitsMin. € 1400 gross/a month.
