As a Business Data Analyst, you will ensure that data is structured, reliable, and translated into clear insights that drive business performance. You have a strong analytical focus to support decision-making across the functions Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing. You will work closely with the CFO and Business Control and the key stakeholders in all four departments, acting as the central link for reporting and analysis.A selection of your daily activities ✅ Develop and maintain dashboards (in PowerBi) and reports for Finance, Procurement, Sales, and Marketing.✅ Collect, structure, and validate data from internal systems, suppliers, and commercial platforms.✅ Deliver analyses to support budgets, forecasts, and performance reviews.✅ Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate them with the help of the teams into concrete proposals for improvement (e.g. margin optimization, pricing, supplier performance, campaign effectiveness).✅ Improve and automate reporting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.✅ Ensure consistency in KPIs and reporting across departments.…and much more!Job requirementsWhat you bring to the table✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Econometrics, Finance, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.✅ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in data analysis, BI, or controlling.✅ Strong skills in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and Excel/Google Sheets.✅ Solid understanding of financial and business concepts (budgets, forecasts, KPIs, P&L).✅ Prefer concept understanding of key drivers for online retails.✅ Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred:Experience in e-commerce, procurement, or marketing analytics.Familiarity with ERP/finance systems, supplier data, or CRM tools.Skills in SQL, Python, or other programming languages.Does this sound like you?Do you turn numbers into meaningful insights—and insights into action?
