About the role and teamWe are looking for a Key Business Developer to build a strong seller lead pipeline in the our Eastern European region, for Catawiki’s Collectables business unit. You will convince sellers to offer quality objects via our platform with a specific focus on Collectables (Books, Coins, Toys, Trading Cards, etc.), and provide prospects with a great onboarding experience. You are responsible for generating sustainable revenue opportunities by turning new sellers into committed and fast-growing sellers ready to move to Account Management teams. Where you’ll be The role is preferably based in Poland with a work-from-home arrangement. What you’ll doIdentify, qualify and develop leads through call, email, field visit, fair visit and experts collaborationIdentify and reactivate high potential dormant sellers and organic sign-ups Qualify inbound leads by working with data and sales toolingFacilitate a frictionless pre and post-sales experience for new sellersBuild and nurture strong relationships with new sellers to expand Collectables seller networkIn cooperation with experts, quickly learn the important characteristics of categoriesSelect and grow high-potential new sellers, and hand-over the best ones to Account Management teamsMove in sync with Account Managers to develop growth plan for onboarded sellersWho you are Sales mindset with demonstrated in achieving sales targetsSuccessful and active networker with ability to establish and nurture relationships with sellers, manufacturers and distributorsStrong negotiation skills Problem solving attitude with a data driven approachA passion for the online industry or maybe have a collection yourself so that you are able to understand the language of our sellersOpen to travel on a regular base within Poland and other nearby countries to meet your leads and sellersFamiliar with G Suite tools (Google sheet, slides)Experience using a sales CRM (Hubspot or any equivalent) is a plusFluent in Polish and English, other languages are a big plus
