QuantifiCare SA is an innovative company and a key player on the international stage in 3D imaging and clinical research. It provides both service activities dedicated to leading pharmaceutical companies in medical imaging for clinical trials and doctors, as well as the development and commercialization of its 2D and 3D photographic imaging systems, offered as a SaaS solution for dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic medicine practitioners.Since its founding in 2001, the company has rapidly expanded internationally, establishing offices in the United States, Brazil, and Asia.As part of our international growth, we are looking for a Business Developer Asia based in Tokyo, Japan, and drive our expansion in the Asia-Pacific region (Korea, Japan, Australia) while managing our network of distributors.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets across direct and indirect channels.Identify and engage new clients and distributors; lead presentations and negotiations to close deals.Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools; track market trends and competitor activities.Train customers and distributor teams to maximize product adoption and satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Support) to tailor solutions and resolve issues.Represent the company at industry events and prepare regular sales reports for management.PROFILEYou hold a degree from a business school, a Master’s in International Business, or an equivalent qualification. You have at least 5 years of experience in international business development within the Asia-Pacific region, preferably in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, and/or dermatology.A technical or sales background in medical software and devices (such as lasers, dermoscopes, etc.) is highly valued, and an interest in photography is a plus.You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and have a solid team spirit. High autonomy, excellent organizational skills, and project/time management abilities are essential.Fluency in English (C1) and Japanese (JLPT N2) is required.You are willing to travel extensively (approximately 50–70%).Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking talented individuals to join our young, dynamic, and international team!
